Balance is the key
If betting is taking up too much of your headspace, try these ways to bring back some balance:
- Get in the game yourself! Play a sport or get some exercise.
- Catch up with family, friends or work mates
- Focus on work. Kick some goals in your job or look for work.
- If betting has taken over your lunch breaks, balance this time by lunching with others or getting outdoors
- Take up a hobby you can focus on and enjoy. Get those jobs done around the house you’ve been putting off.
- Create a healthy mind. Eat well, sleep well and exercise.
